Yu-mn is announcing the launch of its line of premium quality body sculpting products. The offerings to sculpt, lift, and tone the entire body include fabric resistant bands, core slider sets, weighted bangles, yoga mats, and more, all at www.yu-mn.com.
Founder Harriet Obinyan says particularly now, as the global COVID-19 pandemic continues, Yu-mn is committed to providing the accessories people can use indoors at home without needing to go to the gym. However, she conceptualized the idea even prior to the pandemic.
“I was in the Middle East for ten years working as a flight attendant for Emirates Airlines,” she says, ”Most of the time I’d arrive at hotels at nighttime, either too tired to go to the gym, or the hotel gyms would be closed.” That’s when she developed the idea of having fitness products she could pack in her luggage and use in her room.
The Yu-mn line ensures that even people with the most hectic lifestyles can achieve their personal fitness goals. “Portability and versatility allow you to have a gym anywhere,” she says, “You can attach the resistance bands, for example, to a whole range of objects, or even just use your feet as the anchor point. No more excuses!”
Yu-mn’s full body fat burning bands allow users to train different muscle groups such as the legs, hips, waist, abdomen, chest, shoulders, back, triceps, biceps, and thighs, improving body coordination, endurance, and muscle strength.
Another featured product is the smart jump rope. Yu-mn says a simple non-intensive 15-minute jump rope workout burns as many calories as a 30-minute jog – nearly 400 calories. Additionally, jumping rope actually causing less strain on the legs and body than jogging, reducing the chance of injury.
With additional professional background in both fashion and sports, Obinyan has future plans to develop apparel, using very specific fabrics infused with aloe vera for people with dry skin. She says other apparel products may be infused with coffee to reduce cellulite.
