Skilled in change management, diversity, equity & inclusion strategy, employee engagement, leadership development, organizational culture analysis and development, and talent optimization, she has helped to lead and drive initiatives for multiple organizations such as the National Football League, Actors’ Equity Association and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Rodney C. Burris, WOPAT Global Director of Mindset Development, will be responsible for shifting the mindset of humanity through communication, awareness, and training. This will be crucial in order to elevate the status of women worldwide.

Because his father often battled substance abuse, the family spent time in a homeless shelter and endured poverty and domestic abuse. Despite this adversity, Rodney still earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from Capella University. Rodney has assisted numerous companies with team-building, communication, data evaluation and program development. His workshops and seminars are among the most popular in the United States and abroad.
With the addition of these two team members, WOPAT is excited to continue their 1 Billion Successful Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide initiative and is seeking donations to help provide scholarships, grants and microloans for these women to help them prosper.
