Paddle For Kids is an annual event hosted by Blake Real Estate. The race is to promote awareness for newborn screening so that babies can be treated before it’s too late. The event includes three races.
- long race (7 miles)
- short race (3 miles)
- dolphin dash for kids (¼ mile race)
Paddle for Kids is not only an exciting and fun competitive race, but it also offers a good time to those who participate. Racers are treated with food, refreshments, and a nice shoulder massage after a thrilling morning race. The event extends from Waterfront Park to Safety Harbor Marina. With balance competitions, hula-hoops, music, and food, this paddle event is a great way to have fun and help newborn babies.
