VA Medical Center in San Juan, P.R. Uses Nadler Modular Structures During Rehab Project

Part of its large scale, multi-year rennonvation and expansion project, The San Juan VA Medical Center (SJVAMC) selected Nadler Modular Structures to provide temporary, mobile office space throughout the different phases of construction. This important modernization initiative will transform the San Juan VA Medical Center into a state-of-the-art health care facility, using the latest in technology innovations including green building solutions and sophisticated treatment facilites and equipment.

The SJVAMC is one of the largest hospital facilities in the Caribbean, and is part of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS).  The medical center includes multi-disciplinary ambulatory facilities, 348 authorized hospital beds, 12 blind rehabilitation beds, and 120 nursing home beds. The SJVAMC services a population of approximately 150,000 veterans in Puerto Rico and in the US Virgin Islands.
