Top 5 Events at the MEN this Festive Season – The Corn Exchange

Manchester Arena is always THE place to head to watch the biggest and best events and live shows. This coming festive season is no different, bringing a variety of groups, comedians and even something for the kids! Here are the top 5 things to see at the Manchester Arena in the lead up to Christmas:

1. Simply Red, returning to the Manchester Arena this November, Simply Red, one of the biggest bands of the 90’s. Mick Hucknall’s unmistakeable voice can be heard on Friday 18^th November
2. If you’re a fan of late 80’s/early 90’s alternative music The Cure will be playing the Arena on Tuesday 29^th November. This is a must see for fans of Robert Smith!
3. Showbiz royalty visits Manchester in the form of Rod Stewart Thursday 8^th December, returning to the Arena, Sir Rod will be performing his classic hits, getting us in the mood for the party season!
4. If you’re looking for a high energy rock performance the Red Hot Chilli Peppers will be on stage both Wednesday 14^th and Thursday 15^th December
5. Finally, we can’t leave out the little ones! The ‘Best Ever Christmas Show and the Story of Jack Frost’ will get you in a festive mood and keep the littles ones entertained on Saturday 17^th and Sunday 18^th of December, leading you nicely into Christmas!
