Las Vegas, NV (PRUnderground) October 31st, 2017

The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) announced that Anthony Lai, Student Affairs Program Manager, was awarded the Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year Award from the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association. The award ceremony took place at the association’s Stars of the Industry Gala at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

The Emerging Hospitality Leader of the Year award honors an exemplary individual under age 36, who has demonstrated superior professional dedication, leadership, and a fresh perspective to their job performance. This individual should illustrate “out of the box” thinking in their professional and personal life and dedication to the industry by actively participating in association, community, or industry programs.

“I am very excited that Anthony has received this prestigious award. His dedication both inside and outside of work for the betterment of the hospitality industry is so deserving of recognition.” said Dr. Donnell Bayot, Director of Academic Affairs for the institution.

The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association is the leading industry association in Nevada and one of the strongest in the USA. Since 1979, NHLA has been the unifying voice for Nevada’s multi-billion-dollar resort and lodging industry. With over 200 hotels and industry supporting vendor members, NHLA is the state’s largest industry advocate.
