The Iron Den, an online community of Fitness Conscious People, recently introduced a forum section to help members share ideas, network and support one another in their efforts to achieve body fitness.
With more than 25,000 members, The Iron Den prides itself in being an all-inclusive community for people who want to body build, lose weight and achieve their goals in becoming physically fit. Lauren Blanc, the company’s CEO, says that the addition of the forum section will help increase the community’s membership to even greater lengths. Lauren predicts that their community could reach 100,000 members in the next one year, noting that there are no fees or regulations that restrict membership.
“We don’t have any membership fees or regulations that restrict anyone from joining the community. Anyone who wants to achieve their body fitness goals together with similar minded people is welcome to join The Iron Den,” Lauren says. “The only rules we have at the forum regards to what can be posted. We only accept posts done in the English language. Additionally, the content posted should not be insulting or demeaning to anyone,” Lauren adds.
The Iron Den forum section has already generated more than 1000 conversations since it was launched. Many members resort to the forum when they need motivation, information or when they need to share tips to help others achieve body fitness faster. Cecily Christian, an active member in the forum says that since she joined the forum, she has heard insightful confessions that helped her become a better coach in physical fitness.
“Members in the forum sections are super active and helpful. When anyone asks for information, someone will quickly helpful information. I have become a better fitness coach since I join the forum than I was before,” Cecily notes.
Lauren says that the Iron Den was started as a home idea while he still lived at his parents homes. “Starting a website to share information to people who wanted to be physically fit was something I had since I lived with my parents,” he says. “However, it was only until I had a stable community of followers that I realized people loved to achieve their dreams as members of a community,” Lauren adds.
Besides the forum, members can also get information from the blog section or subscribe for body building news. To learn more about The Iron Den and its offerings, visit www.theironden.com.
