Microsoft have taken the fight to Apple with their Surface Book 2-in-1 touch screen laptops. The Surface Book is an incredibly well designed laptop boasting high end internal specs, amazing screen clarity and the flexibility to be adapted for use as a tablet. Both the Surface Book 2 and original Surface Book are on sale for Black Friday. Now that the Surface Book 2 has released we’re seeing retailers slash the price of the original Surface Book.

Black Friday 2017 is expected to break the record for the largest day of online spending with the biggest online retailers competing to offer the best discounts. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales week is expected to be the biggest on record with professional services firm, Deloitte, predicting total sales value to reach $700 billion.

In previous Black Friday sales we’ve witnessed crowds of customers queueing overnight to get their hands on the best deals. This year nearly all the big retailers are running their sales online for extended periods. Last year more people shopped online than in store during the Black Friday sales period, according to the National Retail Federation.

Black Friday 2017 lands a few days earlier this year on 24 November, with most sales kicking off online on 20 November. Online deals reach their peak on Cyber Monday, which falls on 27 November.
