With Valentine’s Day almost here, a mobile app developer from Canada has come up with a novel way for you to adore your loved ones right on your phone. The Hearts Wallpaper app allows you to add ‘floating’ love hearts to your favorite smartphone photos of friends, family, pets, celebrities, polticians — whatever turns your fancy.
The heart-filled photo becomes the background for your phone or tablet’s home or lock screen. The app allows you to choose different photos and different styles of hearts that appear randomly on your screen. After Valentine’s Day, the Hearts app can be used for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.
“With a price of less than a dollar, it’s a bargain compared to some of the other things this Valentine’s Day,” said the app’s co-developer Reg Romero.
