Shannon Phelps has joined Engel & Voelkers as a Real Estate Advisor.  Shannon has an extensive Marketing and Sales background that includes deep expertise in the real estate Property Management segment.  Shannon has managed properties for Riverstone Residential Group which included Lugano Cherry Creek, Chelsea Park Apartments and Del Arte among others.
