Scott Petinga Launches Rouse Condoms, a New Condom Line That Supports Men’s Health Initiatives

FDA Approved Condoms Come in 8 Varieties and Feature Testicular Cancer Self-Exam Flyer

Minneapolis, MN (PRUnderground) November 8th, 2017

Socialpreneur Scott Petinga announced today the launch of Rouse Condoms, a new line of condoms that promotes men’s health.  For each box of Rouse condoms sold, 75% of the profits will be donated to advance the practice, research and education of health initiatives for men, Petinga himself being a testicular cancer survivor.

Featuring the tagline “Giving Feels So Good,” each package of Rouse Condoms comes with a testicular self-exam flyer, to encourage men to take ownership of their health with a disease that’s too infrequently discussed – or discovered.  Since early detection is critical for successful treatment, health information will be included in each box to raise awareness and educate men on the importance of monthly self-exams.

Rouse Condoms come in 8 varieties, including plain, bare, long-love, dotted, contoured, ribbed, jumbo-size and a wild-pack, each distinguished by a different animal icon featured on the outside packaging. The latex condoms are used to prevent pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases including AIDS. They are FDA approved and exceed all prophylactic industry standards.

“We developed Rouse Condoms to focus the conversation on important men’s health issues. After all, a large percentage of men discover a cancerous lump when they are intimate so we’re aiming to educate and encourage men to self-check whenever the occasion arises, whether they are with their partner, or taking a shower.”

Further to this end, Petinga plans to distribute over 200,000 free sample packs at Pride Fests, on college campuses nation-wide, to youth shelters and organizations that are assisting people living with HIV.
