Sauvage Restaurant and Bee Grateful Farm are joining forces to bring farm-fresh dining directly to the Steamboat Springs community. The dining series promises a dynamic twist on the regular menu, with Sauvage’s Executive Chef Garrett Kasper taking pleasure in highlighting the farm’s produce. This partnership emphasizes the joy and benefit of local collaborations and ventures beyond the restaurant’s traditional offerings.
The dining event includes a three-course meal at $69 per person paired with selections from Sauvage’s wine cellar at extra cost, creating an interactive dining experience.
