Saltwater Creative Agency, of Portsmouth, N.H., has hired two new team members, Eric Smith and Melissa Connor.
As the Director of Inbound Marketing & Automation, Eric is responsible for developing and implementing clients’ inbound marketing and automation strategies while also providing cohesive reporting metrics that can be used by the marketing and sales teams. He designs, tests, and executes progressive nurturing campaigns to deliver higher quality leads for clients.
Eric has more than 10 years of experience implementing multi-faceted and highly effective digital campaigns for both B2B and B2C brands. He has a proven ability to deliver interactive campaigns that improve conversion rates and exceed revenue goals.
Melissa will act as a liaison between the client team and project team, making sure that work is being completed on time and within budget. She also ensures that Saltwater’s work is fulfilling each client’s specific business goals and is in line with the broader marketing strategy.
Melissa has prior experience at a digital agency in Boston, where she worked as an Account Manager guiding the website design and development process for a variety of mid-size and enterprise level clients across industry verticals.
