Rhyno Academy offers financial literacy courses to help individuals build a real estate portfolio.

Dwayne Walden, a Floridian based investor, personal finance and real estate advisor is passionate about teaching budding entrepreneur the secrets to his success. His passion has led him to create a new online school, The Rhyno Academy, which offers online classes in personal and business credit, real estate investment leveraging business credit and building a real estate portfolio. Walden’s own diverse real estate portfolio including investments in rental properties, house flipping, residential development and event rental space. Walden is also the founder of several companies including Fanlyfe.

I grew up in a low-income neighbourhood,” explains Walden “I know what it’s like to struggle financially. When I started in this industry, I didn’t have any money. I spent hours every day reading as many books about financing, credit and real estate as I could get my hands on. I consulted online resources and I took my cues from others who had been successful. Now I’m trying to bring the best of what I learned and condense it into easy to understand online live courses.”

Walden, who’s multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio includes properties all over the United States, is especially passionate about teaching teenagers from low-income neighborhood how to build credit at an early age. Walden believes that the younger a teen understands how credit, collections, savings, banking and real estate works, the better equipped they will be to start their adult lives on a solid financial footing.

“I know how few opportunities are afforded to low income individuals and especially teens from low income neighborhoods. I wish the tools and skills I learned had been there for me when I was young. Now that I have seen a measure of success, I am adamant about bringing those tools and knowledge to teens. Walden started teaching and helping many church communities in low-income areas, but that was not enough. Now he is promoting Rhyno Academy online via social media and other websites I want to expand financial literacy beyond the communities that I visit and bring my courses and knowledge to the global online community. Students can learn and participate live with him or at their own pace, on their own time, whenever it’s convenient for them,” says Walden.

Rhyno Academy’s courses are delivered online and are designed to be easy to understand and follow even by those with no previous knowledge or experience in financing, credit or real estate. The course will walk participants though the material step-by-step and covers subjects such as how to build business credit, how to fix personal credit, how to leverage credit to turn into cash to buy real estate or start a business.
