Shaikhani group announces registration of studio apartments only on first come first serve basis

In a statement Managing Director Mahmood Shaikhani revealed that in Gardenia Residency buyers can now register their interest to have a studio apartment and can live in their apartment on at as low as 350000 aed. Gardenia Residency is centrally located in Jumeirah Village South and close to the Expo 2020 location

Shaikhani group recently unveiled Gardenia Residency project in a lavish event held on the project site in which huge numbers of real estate agents and investors participated the increase in demand for studio apartments made us to start registering buyer’s interest to have a studio apartment Shaikhani said

The studio are from 650 to 750 sqft in size making them luxurious studios which can be easily rented as holiday homes on good rental returns of up to 12%

The payment plan is already declared at 50/50 50% during construction and 50% on 10 years payment plan subject to bank finance and another option link to construction and developer finance shaikhani concluded

Shaikhani said we are working on planning to bring 70 % studios in our upcoming 5 projects in Jumeirah Village & Arjan. Studios are convenient for both investors and end users
