Applying more than 30 years of legal counsel to Central Florida’s commercial real estate sector, Scott Callahan establishes his newest venture, The Callahan Law Group.

Local commercial investor and philanthropist Scott Callahan has launched his newest venture, The Callahan Law Group, where he will continue to advise clients in commercial real estate ventures, as he has for more than three decades.
Prior to launching The Callahan Law Group, Callahan practiced commercial real estate law as a partner with the law firm of Roetzel & Andress, where he utilized his expertise in representing banks, financial institutions, special servicers, private equity funds, real estate owners, investors and developers.
This month, Best Lawyers in America has recognized Callahan again as a top expert in real estate law in Orlando, Florida. He has previously received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
Currently, Callahan oversees the Callahan Family Foundation which financially supports Winter Park and Orlando-based non-profit organizations that serve children and the homeless, including Children’s Home Society of Florida and Lead Homelessness. In addition, he is the managing partner of Salerno Capital Partners, a local capital investment firm. Scott Callahan and The Callahan Law Group look forward to continued service to Central Florida in supporting entrepreneurial commercial investments and growth in the business community.
