Piedmont Property Management surpasses end of 2022 projections in first month

Central Indiana-based Piedmont Property Management announced today that their previously projected goal of managing 250 units by the end of 2022 has already been achieved as of January 8.

The rapidly-growing startup is now focusing on increasing staffing to meet the work-load. CEO Isaac Barrow plans to promote Abigail Shaw, who is currently coordinating maintenance, to general manager. This move will allow Barrow to continue his hands-on approach to networking and connecting with clients and tenants.
At the current rate of growth, the company is estimated to manage at least 375 doors by the end of the year. Barrow also aims to grow the current client base, while maintaining the excellent service that Piedmont has become known for.
Barrow emphasizes that he will not sacrifice quality for quantity, however. Having made several new hires this month, he is focusing on preparing his team to handle the upcoming workload and going with sustainable growth, and not growth just for the sake of growth. His goal is steady, consistent growth built through collaboration with serious and reliable investors. He states that although it’s tempting to take on all of the properties being offered, he would rather strengthen the company’s foundation of ethical employment and excellent service to ensure long-term success.
Scott Nally, local real estate agent, broker, and property manager, is the most recent hire by Piedmont. Having worked in real estate for over 10 years in connection with Keller Williams, Indy’s Property Management Choice, and most recently, Wrightwood Realty, Scott is already proving to be a valuable contributor to the team. Piedmont also hired Cleo Reyes as a communications coordinator, bringing over 10 years of customer service experience.
