The world leading event will remain accessible to an online audience but will this year be supplemented by three ‘On Location’ venues. Delegates have the opportunity to meet the presenters, engage with practical workshops and socialise with colleagues face to face for the first time in 2 years.
Jack Chew, Founder and CEO at Physio Matters said “We believe very strongly that the future of conferencing is hybrid. Bringing back the immersive, practical and networking opportunities of face to face events without losing the accessibility of online.”
The ‘On Location’ elements of the conference will be hosted on 25th June 2022 at three key venues known for educational excellence, innovation and positive influence in the MSK industry; Bournemouth’s AECC University College, London St Mary’s University and Manchester Metropolitan University.
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with three of the finest MSK education institutions to deliver what we feel is the perfect blend of these two formats.”
Vice Chancellor at the AECC Professor Lesley Haig added: ‘’We are delighted to be working with Physio Matters to deliver the first Therapy Live – On Location. Our shared passion for multi-disciplinary working and aspiring to best practice MSK education makes for an exciting partnership.’’
Therapy Live On Location delegates can expect to have direct access to expert speakers at each venue who will be challenging assumptions, championing excellence and raising standards across the board. 50+ speakers are confirmed including Jo Gibson – Consultant Physiotherapist, Zoe Wilson – Clinical Specialist Podiatrist and Elaine Miller – Women’s Health Physiotherapist and award-winning comedian and many more leading lights in the MSK industry.
The Physio Matters team have recently tested the hybrid format at a number of intimate specialist events ahead of hosting the biggest hybrid MSK event in the world on the 25th June.
Through collaboration with the leading institutions in the country, Physio Matters seek to unify traditional and contemporary education, enlighten the next generation of therapist and ultimately raise standards in MSK practice.
