2019 has been a crossover year for Your-IDC. A lot of existing partnerships have been strengthened and new ones have been initiated. Your-IDC is very proud that Sanctum Dive Penida made the decision to trust them with their Padi Instructor Development Courses. A service agreement has been signed and the team is looking forward to start running the IDC’s (and the other advanced Padi pro courses) in the amazing Nusa Penida in Bali. The first batch, kicking off in January with the brand new Padi Revised IDC Curriculum, will be followed by 4 more sessions in 2020. Happy New Year!

Sanctum and Your-IDC made contact in autumn 2019 as they were looking into the Instructor Development market with their branch in Nusa Penida. They were mainly facing 2 issues with this soon to be dream-come-true: they needed to become a Padi 5* IDC center and they needed to have a Course Director on board.

Your-IDC did its best to accompany them in that very exiting process of the evolution of a Dive Center. Hiring the services of a full time Course Director can sometimes be a complicated task and it is not a prerequisite to become an IDC center. Therefore, after analyzing their needs, they came to a service agreement focusing on their specific preferences. Your-IDC helped Sanctum get the IDC rating for their dive center and position them on the very competitive IDC market in Nusa Penida. Keep an eye on the development of the Nusas. It is exponential and they will most likely become the leading dive destination of Bali in the next few years.
