SUITED is a Fort Lauderdale based startup that focuses on modern high-quality dress shirts without the extra price or baggage. Co-founders Ben Cohen and Steven Straub met while obtaining their MBA and immediately saw a need in the market of modern businessmen. Luxury quality dress shirts without the luxury price tag. The markup on luxury shirts is astronomical and unjustified, typically because of overhead costs and wholesaling to retailers. SUITED has worked hard to develop great fitting luxury dress shirts without the extra baggage. The company’s business model is direct to consumer and they’ve focused all of their energy on running an efficient operation to keep margins low, passing those cost savings on to their customers.
