New York City Estate Auction at Showplace Will Start on April 25, 2021

Among other notable fine art pieces are a modern mixed-media sculpture attributed to the American artist Louis Nevelson (estimated at $8,000-12,000), Joan Miro’s 1973 etching and aquatint on paper “Picasso i Els Reventos” (estimated at $2,000-4,000), and Georges Braque’s 1963 lithograph on paper “Le Rapace” (estimated at $2,000-4,000).

For all those who love fine furniture, the auction can offer authentic Maison Jansen modern vanity and stool from the 1970s, a pair of Jorge Zalszupin mid-century jacaranda wood upholstered armchairs, and a pair of Sergio Rodrigues mid-century Magrini stools, among other furniture pieces. Each of the mentioned lots is estimated at $3,000-5,000.
