New educational children’s book ‘A Field Trip to See the President’ is set to release soon

S. Lemon has recently announced her newest children’s book, “A Field Trip to See the President. Lemon will be releasing her second children’s book in February of 2014.

The book helps children build good reading skills, and to learn history while engaged in each colorful pages. This is the second book in Lemon’s series of children’s books. After the success of her first book, “The Elephant with the Yellow Trunk,” Lemon decided to write another children’s book to help children learn the history of presidents, and to increase reading skills.

“I am devoted to helping children to be successful. I believe we have to begin teaching children at a young age, and reading illustrated children’s books is one of the best ways to help children to learn about education,” says author S. Lemon. In this second book, children learn about American history, as there is information throughout the book regarding past presidents and the history of the White House.

Educational experts agree that reading books to children can help them to develop many skills. Reading to a child from a very young age can help increase aptitude for learning, increase speech skills, enhance a child’s ability to stay engaged, prevents future learning problems, and allows an opportunity for family members to bond. Lemon has found her own passion in writing children’s books that flourished from her own compassion toward children, “I believe that in order for children to progress, we need to spend time reading to them, so that our children can learn, grow, and enjoy life,” says Lemon.
