Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company announced today it will be supplying its handcrafted Orange Beet Juice to the upcoming Pink Fund Dancing with The Survivors galas being held in five major locations across the US this October. Natalie’s Orange Beet Juice will be the main ingredient in the gala’s signature cocktail, The Pink Drink, with hopes of raising awareness of the powerful cancer-fighting antioxidants found in beet juice.
The Pink Fund is a non-profit that awards 90-Day grants to cover essential cost-of-living expenses for families that are financially devastated by the cost of a patient’s breast cancer treatment. Each year it hosts Dancing with the Survivors gala events that raise much needed funding for the families in need. For the Dancing with the Survivors event, breast cancer survivors team up with Fred Astaire Dance Studio professionals to perfect a ballroom routine that they premier before family and friends at the gala. To help support The Pink Fund, Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company will be donating its Orange Beet Juice and cocktail recipes developed with Pink Fund partner, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, to be showcased at the fundraisers.
Dancing with the Survivor galas will be held in:
Denver – October 8, 2016
Detroit – October 8, 2016
Houston – October 9, 2016
New Jersey – October 15, 2016
Chicago – October 22, 2016
In addition to providing Dancing with the Survivors with juice, Natalie’s will be donating 40% of Orange Beet Juice sales during the month of October to The Pink Fund.
“As a women owned, family operated business, Natalie’s has always focused on the wellbeing of mothers and their families,” says Natalie’s Founder and CEO, Marygrace Sexton. “We love The Pink Fund and our partnership goals with them are two-fold; we want to support The Pink Fund’s mission of offering relief to financially crippled families fighting cancer and we want to introduce people to the powerful, cancer fighting health benefits of drinking red juices like our Orange Beet Juice.”
“Our Orange Beet Juice is extraordinarily rich in betacyanins – natural compounds that have been found to be powerful cancer-fighting agents,” says Natalie Sexton, Natalie’s Director of Marketing. “Beets also contain immune-boosting phytochemicals called betalains which have outstanding anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and detoxifying effects.”
Clean label, Florida based, Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Company produces minimally processed, gluten free and gourmet pasteurized juices for grocers in 30 states and 24 countries globally.
