Mechanics Hub Seeking Heavy Equipment Branch Manager for New Job in Salinas, California

Mechanics Hub, the premier recruiter of diesel truck and heavy equipment mechanics in the United States is seeking qualified candidates for a new job opportunity managing the branch location of a leading heavy equipment dealership in Salinas, California.

The company is seeking an operational leader who is able to grow the business and increase profitability. The branch manager will be able to set realistic targets and achieve them, develop budgets, maintain appropriate staffing levels, train employees, support sales activities and spearhead customer relations.

Candidates interested in applying for the branch manager job must have knowledge and experience in heavy equipment, parts, service and repair. An exceptional track record supporting sales, finance, and customer relations are necessary. Mechanics Hub is seeking someone who can establish and maintain high-level relationships with key customers while continuously improving upon company growth.

The position offers an annual salaried compensation between $85,000.00 to $137,000.00 (plus up to 30% bonus based on performance) per annum, commensurate on relevant, previous experience. Benefits will be included at the conclusion of a 90-day probationary period. A vehicle allowance is available.

This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to work extra hours as needed is required.
