Mainstream Meditation Announces 21-Day Master Your Mindset Challenge

Mainstream Meditation is announcing a 21-day Master Your Mindset Challenge for September. The goals of the challenge are to teach participants how to become more present, how to reflect in order to identify emotional triggers, and how to develop an individual meditation practice.

Owner and Coach Elizabeth Phillips says the challenge is from her upcoming book, Time To Heal: A Guide To Live In The Present & Heal From Past Trauma. “The challenge will be effective even for those surrounded by the most negative people,” she says, “Because it’s a step-by-step path to achieving inner peace and embracing a sense of calm.”

Benefits that come from the challenge include changing one’s inner dialogue, and centering in on what to do to lead a more positive life even through the most challenging times.

Phillips says mastering her mindset, meditating, journaling, and practicing self-care have all contributed to improving her interactions with the world around her. “Negativity is bombarding people every day,” she says, “So this challenge will put people in a different frame of mind to be able to effectively deal with that negativity.”

A specialist in mindfulness meditation, Phillips says it’s a practice that combines focus, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Meditation has been practiced around the world for thousands of years, and recent scientific findings have more closely correlated emotional and physical health benefits to the practice. Meditation can help to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve brain function, improve immune function, and lesson symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Phillips will be exploring the same topic in her forthcoming podcast, “Heal: Conversations To Guide You Toward Personal Growth & Overall Wellbeing.”

Also a Master Level Reiki Teacher, Phillips says reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Mainstream Meditation offers several meditation, reiki, healing, coaching services, and workshops to inspire clients to live their best lives and live on purpose. Phillips holds a Master’s Degree in Education, and is a certified Jack Canfield Trainer in The Success Principles, Life Coach, Level 1 Crystal Healer, Certified Kid’s Yoga teacher, and Certified Meditation Teacher through “The Boston Buddha” and Meditation For Everyone (MFE).
