Leading the charge to partner with organizations on DEI before it was a trend, Organized SHIFT founder Landi Spearman inks a deal with Salesforce

Landi Spearman is considered a modern-day Change, Innovation and Sustainability leader. Spearman’s data-led, people driven approach to DEI has enabled leaders & intergenerational teams to dismantle systemic issues impacting culture and performance. A former senior functional leader, Spearman delivered strategies and tools that have shifted operational issues, innovated new revenue streams and transformed culture to foster an inclusive workplace environment. Landi has leveraged her Spanish fluency and lived experience operating across four generations in eight family-owned businesses rooted in Chicago’s toughest communities, to help leaders optimize generational change and cultural challenges.

Landi Spearman, Data Scientist, Executive Coach, Principal Human Capital Consultant recently partnered with Salesforce to deliver DEI programming designed to engage the company’s remote employees.

As many Houstonians were adversely impacted by Hurricane Harvey, Spearman used the natural disaster as an opportunity to pivot her white-glove business model from moving boxes to moving mindsets. In 2017, she founded Organized SHIFT to address the urgent need to improve resilience, adaptability, and decision-making of overwhelmed leaders facing change, growth, and disruption. Organized SHIFT combines data and behavioral science with Lean Six Sigma operations, to partner with those required to do more with less time, fewer people, and reduced resources. Through Organized SHIFT, Spearman has worked with Fortune 500s including Sysco, GE, Kraft, Eaton, Victoria’s Secret, and Pottery Barn. In recognition of her innovation leadership work, Landi has been celebrated for breaking the glass ceiling for minorities and women across industries and communities.
