La Casa Company is announcing its launch as an innovative real estate development firm with global reach. La Casa Company specializes in property rental, real estate development, asset management, and acquisitions.

Founder Jamel Baines says clients seeking vacation and leisure travel can take advantage of La Casa Company’s portfolio of short-term rentals domestically and abroad. And he adds that the 100% Black-owned company is on a larger mission: to provide real estate solutions for an evolving global market.

“Our real estate development work focuses on acquiring, managing, developing, and financing value-added urban infill real estate, through syndicating equity and joint venture partnerships worldwide.” The company aspires to work on projects that set precedents, offer unique perspectives to the real estate industry, and instill their partners with pride.

“We aim for the development we do to create longstanding impressions on our neighborhoods and enhance our communities,” Baines says. La Casa Company will soon expand into development research and preparing market studies, with the intention of developing several retail, multi-family, small lot subdivision and mixed use projects. Through a joint venture, La Casa Company is currently in the entitlement stage of multiple small lot subdivision developments in a prestigious neighborhood in Atlanta on the edge of Mid-town.

Baines is a licensed real estate agent whose professional background also includes TV acting and award-winning feature film production. He also operates Jamel Baines Productions in Los Angeles, where he produced a full-length feature film with Master P, I Got The Hookup Part II; as well as a short film, Going Black.
