Coachella has come and gone, so let’s get into it. Indio police report that there were no significant arrests or traffic accidents. Which is good considering how cooped up people have been during the pandemic and the speculation of chaos leading up to the famed festival.
For those who weren’t able to make it to Coachella, check out the livestream on YouTube.
Staying close to home, air travel in the US is ready to take off again. American Airlines, United, and Delta say that they are ready to handle the flood of bookings coming their way for summer travel.
According to an article by the New York Times, American Airlines has expanded it’s work force by 12,000 employees, or 10 percent, since last summer. Delta said last week that it had added about 15,000 workers since the start of last year. United has hired 6,000 this year.
