J. L. Lawson & Co. has just launched their latest innovation, the Centre Spin, and it’s currently available exclusively on Kickstarter.
The Centre Spin offers a sophisticated fidget spinner for adults. The pocket size gadget was design to be convenient to carry while offering a premium design. The team at J. L. Lawson & Co. quickly realized some of the issues plaguing fidget spinners and has sought to correct those issues with the Centre Spin.
The Centre Spin features a hybrid ceramic bearing that can be cleaned via removable caps to ensure smooth spinning. Precision machining also lends to the smoothness of the Centre Spin. Each Centre Spin was made in the U.S.A.
The campaign has exceeded its $7200 goal to reach more than $40,000. Each pledger will receive a leather carrying case, and pledgers can choose between brass, copper, or stainless steel.
Another unique design implement is the inclusion of the number 27. According to J. L. Lawson & Co.’s founder, the number 27 has brought luck into his life, and he tries to pass along that luck by implementing the number into his designs. The outside perimeter of the Centre Spin features 7 grooves that are .02” apart.
