Trisha Lambi is a contemporary Australian artist born in 1962 in Warwick, a small town in southeast Queensland. She was passionate about painting and drawing from early childhood, so it was not a surprise when Lambi started a Bachelor of Visual Arts after school. However, the lure of independence and money proved too strong for the young artist, and she decided to join the workforce. It was probably the right decision because Trisha Lambi is now an award-winning artist whose works are exhibited widely in Australia and internationally.

The high point in Lambi’s artistic career was the participation in the 4th edition of the Florence Biennale that was held in 2003. Not many artists had the pleasure of participating in this prestigious international art exhibition because all the participants were chosen by the International Committee solely on merit. Trisha Lambi was also selected to represent Australia at the Guangzhou Art Fair in 2006 and 2007, and she was a finalist in the Art Taipei International Competition 2012. Other significant achievements of this talented artist include her selection to exhibit at the 2017 group exhibition Underbelly held at H Gallery in Ventura, CA and her participation in the London Olympics Art Show 2012 where she was a Zone winner.
