Intrinsic Institute, the company that created a “first-in-class” scientifically-validated mindset assessment, has completed an extensive rebranding in response to a major platform expansion and an increased focus on mental wellness. The company, which sourced seed funding in the 1st quarter of 2020, is now MindVue (www.MindVue.com) – matching the name of its online SaaS learning experience platform.
The MindVue name is rooted in the company’s focus on measuring and building mindset skills to optimize performance and improve mental wellness. The MindVue platform first measures a person’s mindset skills (i.e., how they are thinking and feeling relative to other high-performing individuals) and then digitally delivers personalized training content to that person’s mobile device or computer to build the right skills at the right time. Grit, resilience, hope, and adaptability are examples of mindset skills that not only are predictive of performance, but can also be protective against the stress and adversity people are facing today (essential in light of the current pandemic).
