Keeping fit at home during the COVID-19 pandemic just got strategic thanks to something found in any kid’s toy box. So says the single-mom spitfire Karly Kent, AKA Jump Rope Mom. A big hit on social media for her jump rope high-intensity interval training classes for the masses, Kent is now upping the ante for followers during quarantine.
