We have all been in this situation: You return to your car in the parking lot and find a ticket on your windshield, despite having a valid parking ticket. In these cases, it is best to send a notarized letter to dispute the parking ticket to the municipal parking department or private parking company – the latter is most often the cause of unjust parking tickets.

“This sounds like a hassle, but is actually surprisingly easy. You just fill in your personal information, including your address and other personally identifiable information,” explains Met Daq, PR Manager for iDispute. The consumer then simply enters their vehicle information plus their parking ticket information that proves they paid for the parking. “This is important – after all, we want to prove that the parking ticket was received in error and is unjust. The letter should also be notarized.” But since a notarized document – especially in times of a global pandemic – can be cumbersome and uncomfortable, iDispute also offers digital notary services via a secure video platform. “We absolutely understand that customers do not wish to leave their home. So we simply solved the problem by bringing the notary to them!” says Daq.

Along with the legal template itself, iDispute offers user-friendly instructional videos on how to use each form. For more information, or to customize your legal form today, visit: idispute.org
