Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones actress, Gabrielle Walsh, sets to star in director Cory Rowe’s psychological crime thriller Metronome.
The indie film, from 5280 Film Company, is about a guilt-ridden woman who seeks redemption by entering a dying woman’s memories to identify a serial killer.
Walsh will play Amanda Cooke alongside Mikayla Olivia Orrson playing Keri Peterson, the young victim, and Pam Renall playing Paula Buckner, the detective desperately searching for the serial killer. Cory Rowe will direct Metronome.
Filming is set to start in late June in Denver, CO.
“This film is going to be so amazing. With such a great cast and crew to help tell a story about the guilt we feel after someone close to us dies, the infinite regrets that replay in our heads, and the memories we hold on to. Everyone involved is excited to be part of this,” said Rowe in a statement.
Myra Dietzel and Matthew Manyak are the producers along with Cory Rowe on Metronome.
Other credits for Walsh include 9-1-1, Shameless, The Flash, and The Vampire Diaries.
