Dubb, a video communications platform that helps build relationships, has finalized a deal with Facebook to help sales professionals add video automation to Facebook Lead Ads. With this integration, available in the Dubb Marketplace, Realtors® and other salespeople can easily create educational videos, promote them, disseminate them and capture resulting contacts’ details for immediate follow-up marketing efforts with Dubb automative workflows.

The first step to fully exploit this new integration is creating a “lead magnet,” says Dubb founder and CEO Ruben Dua, something of value Realtors can offer prospects in exchange for their contact information. This can be a video on how to increase the value of your home, how to enhance curb appeal, or any other topic that customers can benefit from.

“This is what we call a ‘Give-Get.’ Once you arrive at a subject, you can use Dubb’s IRA (Interactive Reaction Assistant) Artificial Intelligence tool to create the structure and script for your video,” Dua notes, “then use ‘Human Intelligence’ to personalize it with your own manner of speaking. The more specific you are with the AI tool, the better the result will be.”

Sales pros need only a business Facebook profile and a dedicated URL with the company’s privacy policy, a requirement for any Facebook ad to be approved. Privacy policies can be professionally written by a lawyer or online gig worker, or templates can be sourced from the Web. The only other requirement is a Dubb Pro Plus account, which can be synced with the Facebook account.

Once the accounts are synched, Realtors can organize resulting leads, get e-mail notifications, and most importantly, trigger an automatic e-mail message to be sent thanking the prospect for their interest and offering the video link or promising more information. Ideally, that e-mail would be sent within the first five minutes of the form submission.

When creating a video ad, Dua advises to keep in mind that the content, tenor and tone are important in order to get prospects to connect with your message. He offers the following additional tips:

  • Once the script is locked, you can use the Dubb Teleprompter or similar tool to guide you through the presentation.
  • When you’re ready to record, always smile. Even if your face isn’t on camera, viewers can hear that you’re smiling.
  • Use the Artificial Intelligence assistant to create an outline for the educational video but again, be specific. For example, ask for “five simple ways to increase the value of your home.”
  • When you upload the completed educational video for hosting, be sure to include a Call to Action button to prompt users to follow up the way you want them to.
