F4 Foundation receives approval of 501c(3) nonprofit organization designation

F4 Foundation, the charitable arm of commercial organizations, yellowblue Eco Tech and TruWatch, recently received approval of its request to become a 501c(3) nonprofit organization.

Effective earlier this year, F4 Foundation is classified as a public charity, making it tax-exempt and enabling donors to deduct contributions to the cause under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 170.

“The F4 Foundation seeks to rebuild the foundations of society by promoting faith, family, freedom and fun, so we are thrilled our new designation can help us bring that mission to life,” said Rob Krasawski, Executive Director of F4 Foundation. “We continue to work on new initiatives and partnerships with organizations with similar goals so we can better serve others.”

In September, F4 is sending a team of seven volunteers to make improvements to child care centers in dire need of repair (link back to Africa press release), which is one of many of the causes yellowblue Eco Tech President Craig Schwienebart said yellowblue is honored to be a part of.

“It’s been an exciting year for F4 and we look forward to many more years to come,” Schwienebart said. “We strive to find ways to partner with organizations who share our commitments. Helping make a difference in the lives of children is essential, and we as an organization are proud to build a brighter future for the leaders of tomorrow.”
