DogSpin offers free pet classifieds for New York City

New York City dog website DogSpin.com has a free section of the website for dog-related classfied ads. People can post or view ads for dog walkers, dog trainers, events and meetups, dog stuff for sale, groomers, pet photographers, pet sitters, and lost dogs. The site does not allow ads for dogs for sale or for breeders.

“We wanted to provide a niche place for DogSpin readers to buy and sell pet goods and services”, said Brian Scully, DogSpin.com Founder. “There are other classifieds sites out there obviously, but we wanted one just for dog owners in New York City.”

The most popular section of the current DogSpin.com classifieds is for Dog Walkers, followed by Dog Trainers. People can read the ads, and then check the core website for listings of the busiensses to read more about them and see how they are rated. Ads currently typically average around 200 views each.

The site also features lists of New York City dog runs and parks, dog trainers, pet stores, veterinarians, dog daycare and boarding, dog friendly hotels in New York City, and daytrips and excursions for you and your dog.
