“Infected with the HPV virus? The CBCD recommends taking Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR.” – Greg Bennett, CBCD

Some individuals have genital warts that are co-infected with both low and high risk HPV strains and may develop cancer. This is according to a study by Dr. Park and colleagues who found that 20.5% of all warts tested “contained both high-risk and low-risk HPV types.” (1) This finding prompted Dr. Park to conclude that “genital warts with high-risk HPV types may be considered a clinical marker of risk for developing a malignant disease (cancer).” (1)  Dr. Park and colleagues are from the Smile Jung’s Urology Clinic in Busan, Korea.

This finding flies in the face of accepted medical beliefs, which says that the virus in genital warts does not lead to cancer. For example, Cancer.gov still says that “sexually transmitted HPVs fall into two categories: low-risk HPVs, which do not cause cancer but can cause skin warts (technically known as condylomata acuminata) on or around the genitals or anus.… (and) … high-risk or oncogenic HPVs, which can cause cancer.” (See Cancer.gov) (2)

The CBCD recommends that people with genital warts take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR. The formula of these natural antiviral products was tested by Hanan Polansky and Edan Itzkovitz from the CBCD in two clinical studies that followed FDA guidelines. The studies showed that the Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR formula is effective against the HPV and other viruses. The clinical studies were published in the peer reviewed, medical journal Pharmacology & Pharmacy, the first, in a special edition on Advances in Antiviral Drugs. Study authors wrote that, “individuals infected with the HPV…reported a safe decrease in their symptoms following treatment with Gene-Eden-VIR.” (3) The study authors also wrote that “we observed a statistically significant decrease in the severity, duration, and frequency of symptoms.” (3)

Both products can be ordered online on the Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR websites.

Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are natural antiviral dietary supplements. Their formula contains five natural ingredients: Selenium, Camellia Sinesis Extract, Quercetin, Cinnamomum Extract, and Licorice Extract. The first ingredient is a trace element, and the other four are plant extracts. Each ingredient and its dose was chosen through a scientific approach. Scientists at polyDNA, the company that invented and patented the formula, scanned thousands of scientific and medical papers published in various medical and scientific journals, and identified the safest and most effective natural ingredients against latent viruses. To date, Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR are the only natural antiviral products on the market with published clinical studies that support their claims.

Once someone is infected with HPV of any type, research shows that it is quickly transmitted to that person’s sexual partner. “Thus, genital infection with high-risk HPV types is not only the problem of the infected patients, but also an issue of their sexual partners … studies reported that 20% to 50% of genital warts were found to be colonized or co-infected with high-risk HPV types.” (1) This means that an individual with genital warts may actually pass on a strain of HPV that could cause cancer in his or her sexual partner.

This is concerning since the HPV vaccine, Gardasil, only works to prevent infection with 4 HPV strains. These include “(HPV) – HPV-6, 11, 16, and 18.” (See WebMD) (4) Yet, genital warts with both low and high risk types of HPV were shown to include “HPV16 HPV33 (4.5%), HPV18, and HPV68. (1) In other words, these genital warts included high risk HPV types that the vaccine does not work against.

What Treatments are Available that Target HPV?

“There are no drugs approved against the HPV. Current treatments include procedures, such as cryotherapy, conization, and the Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP). These procedures use liquid nitrogen, a surgical knife (scalpel), a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser, or electrical current to remove the abnormal growths caused by the HPV. These growths include cells that harbor the active virus. The procedures do not target cells with the latent virus. Since they do not remove the latent virus, these procedures only produce a temporary remission.” (2) In contrast, Novirin and Gene-Eden-VIR were designed to target the latent HPV.

The CBCD therefore recommends that HPV infected individuals take Novirin or Gene-Eden-VIR. Learn about Novirin and HPV and Gene-Eden-VIR and HPV.

About CBCD

The Center for the Biology of Chronic Disease (https://www.cbcd.net) is a not-for-profit tax-exempt organization under section 501(c) 3 of the IRS tax code. The center’s mission is to advance the research on the biology of chronic disease and to accelerate the discovery of a cure for these diseases. The CBCD first published Dr. Hanan Polansky’s highly acclaimed “Purple” book, entitled “Microcompetition with Foreign DNA and the Origin of Chronic Disease” in 2003. In this book, he explains how foreign DNA fragments can cause many major diseases. The book has been read by more than 5,000 scientists around the world, and has been reviewed in more than 20 leading scientific journals. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
