DHS Group, announced today that it has acquired Grupo TERRA, a leading independent document management provider in Latin America.
“We’re continuing to grow our presence in the Latin America small and midsize business (SMB) market,” said Fernando Aguirre, Executive Vice Chairman at DHS. “With Grupo TERRRA’s document management services expertise and leadership combined with our portfolio of workplace solutions, we’re well placed to serve SMBs focused on accelerating a digital transformation roadmap.”
This is the second acquisition targeting the Latin American SMB market in the last year. In March 2021, DHS announced the purchase of DILAMEX, the largest independent services, software, and technology provider in Mexico.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
