Saunders’ Transactions Totaled $49.4 Million with $25.9 Million in Ranches to Earn the Realtors® Land Institute APEX Award for Second Consecutive Year

Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, founder, managing partner and senior advisor of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, received the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program’s 2019 Broker of The Year Award in the Ag Land Sales – Ranches category, winning the award for the second year in a row. The award recognizes the highest-producing agent in the country for ranchland sales based on qualifying production volume for the year. Saunders’ total transactions in 2019 were $49.4 million, with $25.9 million transactions in ranch land.
Saunders was also recognized as an APEX 2019 Top Twenty Producer by the Realtors® Land Institute. He received the awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe on Monday, March 30, during RLI’s Virtual 2020 National Land Conference (NLC20).

All land professionals recognized as part of the RLI APEX Awards Program are active members of RLI. RLI is a national membership organization for the land real estate profession. Members of RLI specialize in land brokerage of all types of land including farms, ranches, recreational, timberland, vineyards, orchards, undeveloped tracts of land, transitional and development land. The organization provides expertise, resources and networking support for real estate professionals in the land industry.
