Use the Buddy System – If you know you will be going to a property that’s been abandoned for some time, bring another agent or friend with you. Call for help if you sense danger and don’t hesitate to call the police. Never confront a trespasser. It is always a good idea to let someone, a co-worker, friend or family member know where you are.
