Asian cultures have used Curcumin for centuries because of its medicinal properties.
“The faith that ancient people had in the medicinal health benefits of Curcumin is now being supported by modern science,” said Christophe Lepine, president of CurcuMAXX France. “Research suggests that Curcumin, the active ingredient in Turmeric, fights the damage done by Free Radicals and acts as a natural anti-inflammatory.
“Curcumin has been popular in Ayurvedic medicine, which is often called the oldest healing system in the world,” Lepine added. “Different cultures used it for improving digestion, cuts, burns, and relieving arthritis. In Pakistan, it was used as an anti-inflammatory agent.”
Now, Curcumin has captured the attention of modern medicine because of its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Healthline.com lists a variety of health benefits for Turmeric and Curcumin, including:
- Acting as an anti-inflammatory compound
- Increasing the antioxidant capacity of the body
- Boosting brain function
- Lowering the risk of heart disease
- Reducing symptoms of arthritis
- Helping to delay aging and age-related chronic conditions.
“As you can see, research shows a variety of Curcumin’s health benefits,” Lepine said. “We developed CurcuMAXX C+ to help people with joint pain and mobility issues, which are often caused by various forms of arthritis.”
Lepine said a study in people with rheumatoid arthritis showed that Curcumin was “even more effective than an anti-inflammatory drug.”
The Arthritis Foundation lists Curcumin as a supplement that may alleviate joint pain caused by arthritis. Research in 2016 shows that 1,000 mg. a day of Curcumin relieved Osteoarthritis pain and inflammation as well as NSAIDs, or anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen.
“When you are in pain, try CurcuMAXX C+ liquid or capsules to help deal with the pain,” Lepine said.
CurcuMAXX C+, which targets joint pain or mobility issues, is different from many competitors because it contains a high dose of Curcumin. CurcuMAXX C+ capsules or soluble liquids contain a dosage from 210 mg to 319 mg of Curcumin, which can be adjusted to meet specific needs.
CurcuMAXX C+ is certified by Ecocert, which specializes in the certifications of products from organic farming, and Nature Press, which guarantees food and cosmetic products respect the environment, people, and animals.
“People in today’s world have realized that our ancestors from ancient times understood the benefits of Curcumin,” he said. “As the research has grown about Curcumin so has the popularity of Curcumin dietary supplements.”
