CoachedIt is announcing the launch of its online platform, www.coachedit.com, linking people to coaches and coaches to professional resources.

The site offers information that makes it easy for people to find coaches through its directory: business coaches, who can help entrepreneurs scale and grow their ventures; accountability coaches, who can guide people in tracking their work and accomplishing their goals; marketing and branding coaches, who offer a range of services from social media management to market management; and career coaches, who provide guidance on searching for the right position, writing resumes, and preparing for interviews.

Additional types of coaches include public speaking coaches, executive coaches, academic coaches, and financial coaches.

Founder Jocelyn M. Reaves says the portal is a connection hub intended to eliminate the burden of routine processes coaches often have to go through in order to operate their coaching practices and serve their clients.

“We are here to help pave the path to success,” Reaves says, “by providing a one-stop, fully-integrated community for coaches and clients, offering on-demand and live coaching opportunities, and recommending resources and materials that support learning.”

Reaves, herself a professional coach, says she understands the pain points many coaches experience. “There is not really a directory for go-getter clients to find coaches,” she says, “There are all sorts of online directories for consultants and counselors, but not for coaches.”

Coaching is the process of guiding people who want to unlock their potential and optimize their performance in order to achieve their goals. Coaches retain the belief that the client has the answers, and their job is to help them search within to find those answers. Consultants serve more as advisors, typically for organizations and businesses, rather than individuals. Counselors, on the other hand, are licensed clinicians and practitioners providing mental or psychological therapy.

CoachedIt is also committed to serving the coaches as they conduct and grow their coaching practices. “We host online forums for coaches to talk and share what’s going on in their businesses, and we have a resource library for coaches to pull materials that facilitate their work with their clients.”

“Our coaches won’t have to reinvent the wheel, because they can take advantage of the tools and worksheets we have on a wide range of topics, including needs assessments, career management, and goal setting,” Reaves says. The resource library offers approximately 60 tools for coaches.

Additionally, every coach on CoachedIt receives branded materials, an accountability worksheet, accountability log, and daily goal planner, all of which they can use with their clients.
