The city of Chester is currently enjoying its first heritage festival. Starting on Saturday the 3rd September and culminating this Sunday the 11th of September. The heritage festival’s open days give the public the opportunity to explore some of the county’s most beautiful and historic buildings, many of which are not normally open the the public.
