Changing Lives for Orphaned Children, Investing in Education

Annual online education fundraiser raising $10,000 to provide vital support for over 800 orphaned children in Baja
United States (PRUnderground) July 9th, 2013
2013 annual online education fundraiser provides crucial funds for over 800 children in 14 orphanages currently supported by Corazon de Vida Foundation.
Investing in long-term educational services including career guidance and vocational training, our goal is to give every child a concrete opportunity to reach university and success ‘after the orphanage.’ Our students success in all levels of education, from pre-school to university, depends greatly upon services subsidized by private and corporate donations.
Reaching the $10,000 goal in 2013 depends heavily on promotion and support from online communities. This campaign lives and thrives online, and aims not only to acquire funds for education but serve as awareness for the cause. It is estimated that between 6,000 and 10,000 children are orphaned or abandoned in Baja California, Mexico.
