CentroMotion today announced that its current private equity owner, affiliates of One Rock Capital Partners, entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of CentroMotion by affiliates of Lone Star Funds (“Lone Star”). CentroMotion is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered components and systems for the industrial and transportation markets encompassing seven key brands: CrossControl, Elliott, Gits, maximatecc, Power-Packer, Weasler Engineering and Carlisle Brake and Friction. “Over the past three plus years CentroMotion has significantly transformed the Company and surpassed many expectations to become a recognized market leader in many of our product and technology platforms in the end markets we serve.
