Simple yet attention-grabbing country styling graces the front of the Culberson, a 2756 square foot duplex design. Each unit is identical, offering 1378 square feet of living with a 2-story floor plan.

Slender posts frame the front door and the boundary of the covered porch. Inside the entry is laid out to offer privacy to the main floor great room. To the left a door leads to the attached 2 car garage and straight ahead is the laundry room. A cased opening to the left (for unit A) leads to the living area.

Living room, dining room, and kitchen are seamlessly open to each other. Windows along two walls fill the living room with natural light. At the back of the great room is the kitchen. The peninsular eating bar adds to the available seating while providing some visual separation. Off the kitchen is access to the back covered porch and hallway that leads to the main floor owners’ suite. The owners’ suite boasts a walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Offering nice separation of space, the 3-bedroom units have two additional bedrooms on the second floor. Separating the bedrooms is a full bathroom and linen closet.

The units in the Culberson duplex are nicely separated with the shared wall primarily between the garages.
