Amid Protest, Rapper Deveondi Calls On Other Artists to Unite On #BlackOutDay2020

Deveondi, another Atlanta based mega hip hop star is in agreement with Tip “T.I’s”call of action for #BlackOutDay2020. Deveondi said “As if we needed another devastating blow during this already stressful environment…, we are reminded to stay woke amid the chaos.”

Tip “T.I” has already declared his participation for the cause via social media which prompted Deveondi to take action. Deveondi created the “I’m Out Promise” on his website
(www.deveondi.com) where fans can commit to participating in the #BlackOutDay2020 being held on July 7, 2020. The promise is simply a way to make a commitment to yourself, show your support for the Floyd family and your support for your commitment to justice.

Deveondi is also encouraging other artist to take a stance against the injustice by asking them to publicly commit to participating in the #BlackoutDay2020. “ Get with your fans and let them know what is really going on. Our fans listen to us and they need us united during times like this. This type of injustice has been going on for centuries. We will not sit by and turn a blind eye. “I am committed to the #BlackOutDay2020 and I am calling on fellow artist worldwide to do the same. “

Deveondi sends his condolences out to the families and friends of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor.
