Amazon Customer Service: Yay or Nay? A case study with Nashville Startup Dragon Ninja”

It’s reported that 50% of all online shoppers start their search at Amazon.com.  It’s nearly impossible to get a better deal on shipping with Amazon’s Prime two day free shipping offer.  With over 480 million products and counting they have every single product consumers will ever need it seems.  I have found myself on Amazon a time or two shopping away on a saturday afternoon while sipping a warm cup of Joe.  We are fond of the convenience of free two day shipping and that shiny yellow buy now with 1 single click buy box. But what happens AFTER we make that 1 click and receive the product.  What happens after the sale?  Is it as easy to receive customer service should we need it?  The product may be damaged during shipping  or not as described.  People may not know this but half the items for sale on amazon are small businesses.  What an interesting concept.  I decided to do my own little case study on small business on Amazon.com providing customer service and came across this company located in Nashville Tn called Dragon Ninja.  This is a small family run business providing EXCELLENT Customer service.  I saw on their Seller Feedback page they have 100% 5 star experiences with responses to every single customer inviting them to reach back out if they have any other questions or concerns while leaving them a number to their direct line and personal email reminding them of their product warranties.  With customer service like this i feel even better about cozying up to my hazelnut infused cup of Joe on a Brisk sunny afternoon for a session of online shopping.  I looked further into the Amazon Customer Service team at Dragon Ninja and found that they had even gone as far as to reply to every single customer review praising their customers for their feedback and once again leaving them with a direct phone line and email should they have any further questions or concerns.  Dragon Ninja is a small business located in Nashville TN doing big things.  They continually provide great products at a great value.  Check out their products like their Amazing Tactical Sling Bag: https://www.amazon.com/Dragon-Ninja-Tactical-Backpack-Military/dp/B076MM2CMC/ref=sr_1_103?ie=UTF8&qid=1513222029&sr=8-103&keywords=tactical+sling+bag

All in all i found customer service on amazon is great with a great company like Dragon Ninja.  It appears this company and their customer service team is more than willing to answer any questions any potential customer would have.  I rate them 5 star!
