Air Innovations®, the leader in environmental control units (ECUs), announced the availability of its MyZone personal desk environment. The MyZone personal desk environment is a console management system that can be attached to a personal work surface and combines environmental control, lighting control, and lift functions inside a single unit. The user can control these features with a non-fixed controller, which can be positioned anywhere on their desk.

MyZone systems were designed with an employee’s comfort and efficiency in mind. A MyZone system allows employees to adjust their workstation’s temperature their unique preferences. This lets them remain focused throughout the day without being distracted by the sweat or chills caused by the office’s uncomfortable temperature settings.

Standard MyZone system features include variable heating and cooling with adjustable louvers, a cord connected controller for flexibility, an integrated leg lift control for a sit/stand desk, task light diming, presets for up to 15 users, an adjustable clock and calendar, an adjustable white noise generator, and an automatic motion sensor that puts the system into sleep mode after 10 minutes of inactivity. An optional HEPA filter can also be added to the system.

After years of development and testing, MyZone systems are now available for manufacturing. More information on the system can be found here.
